I've seen these Verb Bars all over my socials such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok just to name a few and got me curious enough to try them out. I was intrigued at caffeinated bars and that people are replacing coffee for these. Verb claims their bars only has 90 calories and as much caffeine as a shot of espresso. I'm always looking for that afternoon pick me up so caved and ordered the Red Velvet and Strawberry Cheesecake with low expectations might I add. Verb has sooo many flavors, but you can't go wrong with Red Velvet or Cheesecake!!

Never did I think a little bar would work as well as it did and not only that but the taste alone is great. Besides the caffeine they're a yummy snack and a portion of the calories. You truly can have your and eat it too haha!!

Who or what is VERB???

Verb is small company that stemmed from an experiment done by three college (Yale) students in their dorm. These students, Matt Czarnecki, Andre Monteiro, and Bennett Byerley felt cheated by the price of coffee and wished there was a healthier and cheaper alternative. After over a hundred failed attempts at creating an alternative themselves, they finally had their winner and called them Verb Energy Bars.

Verb Energy Bars are great for those with dietary restriction as they are gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. Verb’s main ingredients are oats, nut butters, almond and peanut butter, organic agave, organic quinoa, and organic green tea caffeine. Verb claims that the caffeine level of these bars is just enough to wake you up without giving you the jittery feeling. The nut butters in and quinoa add a little bit of protein. A protein shake AND a coffee in one bar?! Yes please.. count me in!!
